  6. Proceed to payment

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

You will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided to us.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR MODE OF PAYMENTS?

You may pay using the below mode of payment:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Bank Transfer
  • Gcash/Paymaya

We recommend payment via credit/debit card since payment is instantly processed and we are able to directly fulfill your order.

After the order is completed, you will receive an email or text confirmation that includes your order number. For orders with payments of bank deposit/transfer, the proof of payment must be sent to our email at flowerstogomnl@gmail.com before the delivery and you will receive an email confirmation regarding your order.

 

IS THERE A BOX UPON DELIVERY?

Yes, all of our bouquet comes with a box.

 

CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE AN ORDER?

Currently we only offer flower bouquets / arrangements options found on our website.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER DETAILS?

For changes on delivery address or message on card, you can email us at flowerstogomnl@gmail.com, call us at +639194474040 (Mon-Sun, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM), message us through live chat on our website or message us on Facebook by clicking the button on the bottom left side of our website.

Changes to order details should be done at least 24 hours after the order has been made. We cannot accept any last-minute changes on the day of delivery to make sure your order is delivered on time.

 

CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER IN YOUR STORE?

Yes, you can. Our store is located at 1622 Laong Laan Street, Sampaloc, Manila. We are open from 9am-6pm.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIME SLOTS?

We deliver at the following time slots:
8 AM – 11 AM
11 AM – 2 PM
2 PM – 5 PM
5 PM – 8 PM (4 PM cutoff)
Anytime (4 PM cutoff)
 
As we do our deliveries by batches, we can't deliver at a specific time, however; we can deliver it within the time range stated on your order.
 
Note: For Valentine's Day, we cannot guarantee exact time slot, but rest assured it will be delivered within the day between 8am-6pm.

 

HOW MUCH IS YOUR DELIVERY FEE?

We provide FREE delivery for all orders within Metro Manila. Corresponding delivery charges may apply for outside the metro.

 

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE OUTSIDE METRO MANILA?

Yes, we do deliver outside Metro Manila but with minimal delivery fee ranges from P300-P500.

 

DO YOU DELIVER ON THE SAME DAY?

Yes, for all orders placed before 4:00 PM we guarantee same day delivery.

 

DO YOU DELIVER NATIONWIDE?

 At the moment we cover the following areas in the Philippines:

  1. Metro Manila
  2. Batangas
  3. Bulacan
  4. Cavite
  5. Laguna
  6. Rizal

 

HOW LONG DO FLOWERS USUALLY LAST?

Our flowers are all freshly designed and arranged, so on average, they will last between 4-5 days as long as they’re placed in room temperature except for Sunflowers, which need to be placed near direct sunlight.

WHY IS THE ARRANGEMENT DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I SEE ON YOUR WEBSITE?

The flowers, fillers, and foliage in our bouquets come to us in different shapes, sizes, and stages of bloom. Our florists will always do their best to replicate the arrangement to the pictures seen on our website and social media. Rest assured that even if the bouquet you received is slightly different, it has been arranged with utmost care and attention.

 

CAN YOU MAKE THE SENDER ANONYMOUS?

Yes, we don't disclose the details of the sender unless his or her name is included on the message for the card.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please note that we can only cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched from our store.

 

CAN I REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND FOR MY FLOWERS AFTER THE DAY OF DELIVERY?

To be eligible for returns and refunds, you should report your case within 24 hours upon delivery of your flowers and is subjected to a mandatory review and investigation process by our Customer Support team. The flowers should also remain the same way as delivered. When filing your report, kindly provide us with your order number, several pictures of the defective product, and reasons why you are requesting a return or refund. In all other cases, it is the responsibility of the recipient to care for the flowers once they have been delivered.
