Order Acceptance Policy

All orders and other requests received are subject to acceptance by FlowerstogoMNL, and any of its personnel reserves the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.

Ordering and Payment

By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payments online using Visa, MasterCard cards and E-wallet, and all prices are in Philippine Peso.

Orders will be confirmed only once full payment is received. If requested, the sender will be notified after delivery of flowers to the recipient.

Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver orders within the specified timeframe, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability. FlowerstogoMNL is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays.

We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.

The sender will be responsible for ensuring that the recipient is present at the address during the day of the delivery. If by any chance that our courier service could not locate the recipient after several attempts, or if the delivery details provided is incorrect (example: wrong address / contact / name), we and our collaborative delivery partner will not be liable for the failed delivery.

In the event a delivery is re-scheduled or re-routed upon the request of the recipient or by the sender, a re-delivery fee will be applied depending on the delivery location. Re-delivery or re-routing is subject to the next available time slot. As flowers/bouquet are highly perishable items, customer is require to update us the next course of action within 24 hours.

Changes to your order

If you wish to make any changes to your order, please do so by contacting us at flowerstogomnl@gmail.com or via phone +639194474040 (Mon-Sun, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM). We can only accept changes within 24 hours after the order has been made.

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours after the order has been made. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy.

Product and Substitution Policy

All products and flowers are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our suppliers do not meet our high-quality standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality, without notice. The substitution may include flower types, flower colors, wrapping paper, ribbon, baskets, vases, fruits and any other material used in our flower arrangements.

Please note that the size of the bouquet, shades, color and stages of bloom might vary from the pictures shown. Flowers are perishable items, and they are not guaranteed to be completely flawless, we appreciate the understanding from all the customers in advance.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By using our website or services, users agree to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions.
