Return and Exchange Policy

At FlowerstogoMNL, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality floral arrangements and customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to discuss your concerns.

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse or already in-transit, we do NOT accept cancellations under any circumstances.

Refunds

For debit or credit card payments, you will be refunded the price amount associated with the reported case. Crediting of refunds will be processed according to your banking institution's terms and conditions.

Due to the perishable nature with some of our product/s, if the item/s are:

1) not accepted by the recipient because of some factors that we have no control of, item/s will be considered sold, or,

2) have done a maximum of 3 attempts but recipient is still not available within the delivery date, we will be requiring an alternative address to drop or receive the item/s and return/exchange will not be processed.

To be eligible for returns and refunds, you should report your case within 24 hours upon delivery of your flowers and is subjected to a mandatory review and investigation process by our Customer Support team. The flowers should also remain the same way as delivered. When filing your report, kindly provide us with your order number, several pictures of the defective product, and reasons why are you requesting for a return or refund. In all other cases, it is the responsibility of the recipient to care for the flowers once it has been delivered. If a refund take place, the refund process will take 3-7 working days.
